Generally, ICAI issues admit card for CA Foundation 21 days prior to the exam.
Every year CA Foundation exam held twice in a year in the month of May and November but this year due to elections May exams will be held in the month of June 2019.
This year CA foundation exams will be held on 10th May, 12th May, 14th May and 16th May 2019.
After submitting the exam form, ICAI issues CA Foundation admit card 21 days prior to the exam which students have to download it from ICAI website because ICAI will not send you the admit card by post.

Late Entry and Early Exit Rules
- The late entry of up to 30 minutes from the commencement of exam for paper 1 and 2 is permitted.
- For paper 3 and 4 late entry up to 15 minutes from the commencement of exam is allowed.
- In paper 1 and 2, the candidates are allowed to leave the examination 2 hours after the commencement of exam with question paper.
- No early entry will be permitted in paper 3 and 4.

How to Download CA Foundation Admit Card?
You can download the admit card of CA Foundation by following this process
- Visit the website – https://icaiexam.icai.org/index1.php
- Now login with your unique login id and password
- Click on the link in front of ADMIT CARD and follow the “Instructions to examinees”, link.
After completion of the process click on the link admit card and a screen will appear with your admit card and details. After this, you can download the admit card in A4 size.
Important Things to be kept in Mind Regarding Admit Card
- You should download the pdf of CA Foundation admit card because ICAI gives only 3 chances to print/ download your admit card. If you have pdf of admit card then you can download it many times.
- Check all details are correct or not (registration number, exam center, medium, roll number)
- You should carry any id proof (driving license or voter id card, etc) along with the admit card to the examination center.

What to do if Your Signature or Photo is Not There in the Admit Card?
In case if you didn’t find your signature or photo on the admit card you should affix your photo and signature on the marked area.

This letter should also contain details like Registration number, Medium, Exam, Month, Year, Roll no, Postal address and Exam center.
Now have to carry this letter to the examination center along with 2 latest colored photographs and one id proof (voter id, pan card).
